Titipku
A Y Combinator-backed (S21) startup bringing Indonesia's traditional markets online — customers order from real market stalls, and a Jatiper shops for it by hand. I work across the product: mobile apps, backend services, and the infrastructure behind them.

The challenge
Titipku runs on a lean product team at startup speed. Work ships in sprints alongside product, design and QA, for three very different users at once: customers ordering from home, market merchants who are often new to smartphones, and Jatiper shopping on the ground. Every release has to move fast without breaking orders people rely on that same day — and as the company grows, the infrastructure has to stay reliable while costs stay in check.
How we ship
-
Plan the sprint
Scope features with product and design, and break them into work across apps and backend.
-
Build
Ship features across Android, iOS and Go services, with shared code where it makes sense.
-
QA & release
Test with QA before every release, then roll out through the app stores and servers.
-
Monitor & improve
Watch the system in production, fix what breaks, and keep infrastructure lean.
What I work on
Mobile apps
Built Titipku Merchant from scratch, and maintain the Merchant, Nitiper and Jatiper apps on Android (Jetpack Compose) and iOS (Swift, shipped through Xcode Cloud).
Backend services
Go services powering orders, payments, logistics and more.
Admin & operations
Internal admin tools behind the apps for managing markets, merchants, products, orders and promos.
Infrastructure
GCP and AWS, Cloud SQL, and monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus — plus cutting server costs in half through DevOps optimization.
